Job summary

One Fylde is recruiting Learning Disability Outreach Workers in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre. The roles are full-time or part-time, with a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will access the community by attending activities (swimming, zoo, theatre, cinema, golf, meals, holidays, bowling, cooking) and help people live in a safe, comfortable environment. You will provide personal care, light housework and medication support.

• Ensure the people we support have a safe, appropriate, and comfortable living environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including families and social services.
• Follow support plans and Health and Safety requirements.
• Preserve the dignity of the people we support at all times.
• Provide personal care, light housework, and medication support.
