CareTech is recruiting a Female Support Worker for a service in New Barnet, Hertfordshire. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, helping with daily living and community activities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Good communication and written abilities required.
• Flexible, patient, and respectful approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing of service users.
• Support activities, appointments and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
