Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist individuals in a rural setting with personal care, daily activities, and community engagement. You will work within a supportive team to help clients gain independence and improve quality of life.

Shifts include mornings, days, and sleep-ins as needed; a full UK driving license is required, and the role involves driving company vehicles. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience supporting individuals requiring enhanced support, including trauma/mental health conditions, autism or forensic histories.

Responsabilités

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage access to local communities and social activities.
• Engage in outings to bars, pubs, cinema, or leisure venues with the group.
