Job summary

Voyage Care Framingham Earl is seeking a Female Support Worker to help six people live independently and enjoy community activities. You’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care across variable shifts and support daily routines, personal care and goal progression.

You’ll work across mornings, afternoons and sleep-ins, with driving required and opportunities for training and progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience supporting people with enhanced needs is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual goals.

Responsibilities

• Support people with their daily routines and personal care
• Encourage independence and develop life skills
• Support people to access their local community
• Enjoy activities, socialising and day trips together
• Help people work towards their individual goals
• Provide consistent, patient and person-centred support
• Support people with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and behaviours of distress
