Royal Mencap Society in Bradford is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team at the BD15 site. You will support two ladies with learning disabilities, helping with daily activities and providing emotional encouragement to improve quality of life.

We offer 25-hour contracts with opportunities for overtime and a rota designed four weeks in advance. Training, pension options, and a supportive, inclusive environment help you grow while making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion and a genuine desire to support people with learning disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships.
• Ability to adapt to flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist two ladies with daily activities and personal care as required.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance wellbeing and independence.
• Support engagement in activities such as classes, outings and holidays.
