Job summary

The role involves a mix of early and late shifts (not overnight), with opportunities for training, career progression, and employee recognition. You will join a dedicated team at Bridge House, Sittingbourne, Kent.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Basic numeracy skills.
• Driven and enthusiastic about helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Learn and apply Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) methods in daily practice.
• Support daily living activities, routines, and community participation for service users.
• Work closely with the team and follow PBS plans to ensure safe, caring environments.
