Job summary

Cerise Healthcare is recruiting exceptional Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in Supported Living Services around Leeds and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care to help service users lead independent lives, promoting dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults with learning disabilities preferred.
• Experience with challenging behaviour advantageous.
• Current DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Recent UK-based health or social care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and daily living activities.
• Prompt/assist with medication and manage basic finances.
• Support attendance at social events and community activities.
• Work as part of a team, with some lone-working opportunities.
