Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team at Glyn House. Working 42 hours per week on night shifts, you will provide high-quality care to people with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural support needs, helping them feel safe, respected and empowered.

You will be an excellent communicator, a reliable team player and comfortable taking on a flexible, learning-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience of 1 year+ in a support setting with learning disabilities and mental health.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs.
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard all patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
