Thera-Trust is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Scotland to join a team helping adults with learning disabilities live the lives they choose. You will be part of an inclusive, person-centred team providing personal and emotional support, skill development and daily living assistance.

No previous experience is required as full training is provided; strong communication and a caring, proactive mindset are essential.

Competenze

• No previous experience or formal qualifications required; full training provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced care environment.

Mansioni

• Support adults with a learning disability using a person-centred approach to help achieve personal goals.
• Provide personal and emotional support and assist with daily living activities.
• Help plan and manage individuals' own homes and support with leisure, interests and travel.
• Work either in clients' homes or within the local community.
