Job summary

Careline Lifestyles is seeking caring, resilient and enthusiastic Support Workers for Wilkinson Park, Harbottle. The roles are not primarily elderly care and involve supporting adults with complex needs. Full training is provided, and DBS is required upon employment.

Qualifications

• No prior years of experience required; attitude, compassion and willingness to learn matter most.
• Desirable experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential.
• Full training will be provided to develop skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Promote independence, dignity and inclusion for service users.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals and their families.
