Job summary

Dimensions Cymru Limited in Bury St Edmunds is hiring a Support Worker on two part-time contracts (30 hours per week) at £12.81–£13.00 per hour. You will join a supported living home, supporting 14 residents across separate flats and contributing to personal goals and daily living.

Shifts include early, late, and long days with a two-week rota; no prior experience required, but you should be person-centred, flexible, and able to move and handle.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with personal care and moving and handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to residents.
• Assist with activities, meals, finances, and appointments.
• Support independence and choice for residents.
• Work across the home on shifts including early, late, and sleep-ins.
