The 700 Club is seeking a Support Worker to join our emergency accommodation setting on a 29-hour contract.

You will deliver tailored, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to live independently.

A minimum of one year's frontline experience is required, with responsibility for a caseload, preparing support plans and reports, and liaising with partner agencies to coordinate and advocate for client support.

Formación

• Minimum of one year's experience in a frontline support role, including responsibility for own caseload.
• Experience preparing support plans and reports and liaising with partner agencies.
• Experience working with individuals with complex needs (substance misuse, mental health, or multiple disadvantages) is essential.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred practice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tailored, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs to help them develop skills, confidence and resilience for independent living.
• Support budgeting, maximise income, healthy living, daily living skills, and tenancy responsibilities.
• Help individuals access meaningful activities and participate in their local community to reduce isolation and promote independence.
• Collaborate with specialist services and partner agencies to coordinate and advocate for client support.
