Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting a Support Worker for the Bournemouth (BH5) area. The role involves daily support for individuals with diverse health needs, helping with daily tasks, promoting independence and personal development, and accompanying to appointments.

Full training is provided, with opportunities for career progression. You will work 36 hours per week at Willow Lodge, earning £14.05–£14.75 per hour, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector is not required; full training, coaching and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
