Keys Group in Bournemouth (Willow Lodge) seeks a Bank Support Worker to assist individuals with acquired brain injuries and related health needs. You will provide day-to-day support, encourage independence, and help with personal care and daily tasks.

The role is bank hours across day and night shifts, offering competitive hourly pay and a supportive induction within a care-focused team.

Qualificações

• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
• Willingness to support individuals with health needs.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
