Job summary

Dimensions in Warrington is seeking Support Workers for a brand-new service to support three young men moving into their first home. You’ll provide person-centred support, help develop daily living skills, and build routines that promote independence and confidence.

There is a mix of shifts (early, long day, late, waking night) and weekend availability. A genuine commitment to empowering people and creating a positive, inclusive home is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is helpful, but not essential—attitude, enthusiasm and values matter most.

Responsibilities

• Support with routines and daily living skills.
• Encourage independence at each person’s pace.
• Support communication and emotional reassurance.
• Help plan activities and community involvement.
• Assist with cooking, meals and appointments.
