Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking Support Workers for a new service in Lymm, Warrington, to support three young men with learning disabilities and autism as they move into their first home. You’ll help them build routines, confidence and independence, while promoting person-centred care and community engagement from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is helpful.
• Patient, positive, reliable and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Support with routines and daily living skills.

• Assist with cooking, meals and appointments.
