The role involves working days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and flexible shifts. You will collaborate with families, healthcare professionals and colleagues to deliver high‑quality care and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or supportive roles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Empathy and genuine care for individuals receiving support.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support daily living activities, personal care and daily household tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Document daily notes, health records and any safeguarding concerns.
