Lifeways is recruiting for a full-time Support Worker in East Lancashire. Shifts run 8:00am–10:00pm, seven days a week, including sleep-ins. You’ll work with adults with diverse needs in supported living and residential settings, focusing on dignity and personalised support.

Role involves personal care, helping with meals and appointments, plus promoting independence and community participation. DBS check required and full training provided.
