Dimensions Group is seeking a Support Worker to assist five adults in Ash Vale/Mytchett (GU16), with shifts across early, late and weekends. The role focuses on promoting independence, daily living skills, and meaningful activities within a warm home environment.

You'll work as part of a dedicated team, providing compassionate support, building relationships, and helping residents participate in outings, meals out, crafts, and holidays while ensuring safety and well-being.
