CareTech is seeking compassionate Support Workers in the United Kingdom to provide person-centred care, help with daily living, and support community participation. You will follow individual plans, maintain records, and work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Care sector experience is essential.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration).
• Enhanced DBS is required and paid for by CareTech.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Driver's desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
• Care sector experience is essential and role requires reliability and communication.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF registration.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Driver's desirable but not essential.
