Job summary

Thera East Midlands is recruiting a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities in community and home settings. You will provide personal and emotional support, assist with developing new skills, planning activities, and enabling independence, all while promoting person-centred approaches.

No prior experience is required; full, accredited training will be provided through Skills for Care, with a guaranteed monthly salary for full- and part-time roles and a supportive team

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required
• Free Skills for Care endorsed training will be provided
