Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Full-time Support Worker to join our Aldridge residential service in WS9. You will support 12 individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism, helping them live independent, dignified lives in their own home.

You will assist with personal care, prompts for daily living skills, activities, and community involvement, while working as part of a supportive team to promote choice and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal care and daily living support.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a residential setting.
• Health & Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompts for personal care and daily living activities.
• Support medication administration and health-related tasks.
• Assist with meals, household tasks and community activities.
• Promote independence, dignity and social engagement for individuals with PMLD.
