Partners in Support Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and autism live life their way in Hertfordshire.

You will provide emotional and practical support, build confidence, and help people access their communities with dignity and respect. No previous care experience is required as full training is provided.

We offer guaranteed hours on a permanent contract, sleep-in payments, and benefits like DBS checks, discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Commitment to empowering people.
• Kind, respectful, and patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins on a rota.
• Full UK manual driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

• Be supported through regular check-ins, supervision, training and ongoing communication.
