Job summary

Autism Together is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential teams in Ellesmere Port. You will support autistic individuals in their homes, help them access the community, and assist with daily activities and personal care.

You will work with a friendly team, receive full induction and ongoing training, and have opportunities to gain recognised qualifications. Hourly rate £13.55–£13.60, 35 hours 20 minutes per week, with shifts discussed at interview.

As a Support Worker with Autism Together, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding. This involves creating and implementing personalised care plans, assisting with activities from personal care at home to appointments and community outings.
