Job summary

Autism Together is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential teams in Ellesmere Port. You will support autistic individuals in their homes, help them access the community, and assist with daily activities and personal care.

You will work with a friendly team, receive full induction and ongoing training, and have opportunities to gain recognised qualifications. Hourly rate £13.55–£13.60, 35 hours 20 minutes per week, with shifts discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring by nature
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Experience providing personal care is advantageous
• Ability to support clients with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
