Job summary

CJP Outreach Services in Sudbury, Suffolk is recruiting for a Driver to join a new supported living service. You will build trusting relationships and provide daily living support, enabling people to participate in activities and access the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care/support sector.
• Experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Hold a full UK driving licence – J has his own vehicle, and every shift requires at least one driver.
• Be patient, proactive, and pragmatic.

Responsibilities

• Building a trusting, respectful relationships.
• Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and community access.
• Encouraging interests and introducing new activities.
• Working with colleagues and PBS leads to reduce behaviours of concern.
• Providing consistent, structured support to build J’s independence over time.
