Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs in a supported living setting.
• Assist with cooking, budgeting and maintaining a home.
• Support people to build relationships and participate in community activities.
• Provide person-centred personal care where required.
• Drive service vehicles to appointments and community activities.
