Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a full-time 39-hour week. You will assist two adult men with autism, ADHD and epilepsy, helping with daily activities and community engagement, and may drive a service vehicle as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required due to service vehicle on site.

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
