Job summary

Creative Support in Pontesbury is seeking a compassionate, positive and Creative individual to join our learning disability support team. You will support an engaging blind lady with learning disabilities, helping her live independently at home and in the community, and assist with daily tasks such as budgeting, shopping and personal care.

A clean UK driving licence is required for this role, and equality of opportunity is acknowledged under the Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day living duties including budgeting, shopping and personal care as required.
• Support with medication administration under supervision and guidance.
• Engage the service user in activities and community outings to promote independence.
