Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Wickford/Basildon. The role is full-time up to 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.01 per hour and an annualized base of £27,060.80 based on 40 hours weekly. A £500 joining bonus is offered and a full UK driving licence is required.

• Ability to work across home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks and practical activities like cooking, cleaning and errands.
• Provide personal care and support with eating and medication when needed.
• Plan and participate in days out and activities that promote independence.
