Job summary

Creative Support are seeking warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers in Keighley to assist six individuals with mental health needs in developing daily life skills. The role is full-time and based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, with induction and WE CARE framework training offered.

The post provides full training, a chance to progress through Creative Support's Development Pathway, and benefits including a probationary bonus, pension contributions and 28 days annual leave.

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns
• Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users

Creative Support are looking for warm, reliable and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Keighley to provide quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. The service has 6 individuals with low support requirements but they require support to develop daily life skills.

Your Role Will Include

• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns
• Working in partnership with service users through the recovery process, being flexible and responsive to the individual needs of the service users
• Helping service users to develop recovery focused support goals, promoting hope and aspiration
• Respecting the service users' right to privacy, ensuring that their dignity is maintained at all times
