FitzRoy provides care and support in Coventry for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are seeking exceptional new Support Workers who share our values to join our friendly team. Requirements:

• A full UK manual driving licence is essential for some roles in this location, as you will support people in community activities.
• Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

Salary and Benefits:

• Day shift: £11.00 per hour on weekdays and £12.10 on weekends.
• Full-time and part-time work available.
• Additional £2.50 for overtime shifts.
• Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
• Sleep-ins are paid at £50 per night.
• 30 days holiday when you start.

As a support worker, you’ll wake up every day feeling good about your work. No previous care experience is necessary; as long as you have the right values, we’ll train and support you to confidently deliver care and support to transform lives.

What does a Support Worker do?

Your day will be varied and rewarding. You will:

• Support individuals according to their unique needs.
• Engage in a range of activities such as shopping, crafts, bowling, or swimming.
• Assist with personal care, including showers and baths.

Support Worker Hours

You will work on a rota covering various shifts. We have both part-time and full-time positions available, with a full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week. Weekend work is essential and will be on a rotating basis, with days off during the week when you work weekends.
