JOB ROLE: Support Worker

LOCATION: St Neots (PE19)

SALARY: £13.30 - £13.90* per hour

HOURS: 36 per week

SHIFTS: 08:00 - 20:00

UK driving licence required

Manor Farm supports 8 adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Joining our team will be fulfilling, fun, and rewarding, offering stability and career growth opportunities. Many of our Managers and Team Leaders started as Support Workers and advanced through ongoing training and coaching.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the daily support and routines of the people within the service, including:

• Supporting daily routines and independence
• Encouraging personal development through hobbies and interests
• Maintaining healthcare needs, including appointments and medication
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting and shopping
• Providing personal care as required
• Assisting with domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking
• Offering physical and emotional support

Experience in care is not essential as full training is provided. Enthusiasm and commitment to our values are essential to support people in living happy and healthy lives.
