Job summary

Creative Support's Development Pathway is seeking a dynamic Weekend Support Worker in Bidford-on-Avon to join a friendly staff team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy and autism in home and community activities, helping with daily living and accompanying outings.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time hours, with shifts including weekends, evenings, nights and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Creative Support is looking for a dynamic, reliable and proactive Weekend Support Worker to join our energetic staff team in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire. At this bespoke development, we provide quality care and support to individuals with a range of support needs including Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.

No two days will be the same at this vibrant service in Bidford, as our service users love to take part in a wide range of activities at home and out in the community. Activities can include shopping trips to Birmingham, attending work and college, visiting the Sea Life centre and many more! If you are looking for a fun and exciting job then this could be the perfect role for you.

The service is located in Bidford-on-Avon and has great transport links. It is an easy commute from Evesham, Stratford, Birmingham, Worcester and Redditch.

We are offering full-time and part-time hours for this role. Hours are to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the
service, including weekends, evenings, wakings nights and bank holidays.

A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role.
