The Avenues Trust Group in Margate is seeking a Support Worker to help adults with autism, learning and physical disabilities. The role includes supporting daily living, encouraging social connections, and providing personal care. A full UK driving license is essential, and flexible shifts (AM, PM, waking nights and sleep-ins) are required.

We offer training at no cost, pro rata salary of £25,845 per year for 39 hours per week, and benefits such as enhanced DBS, pension, and wellbeing support.
