Avenues in Tonbridge is hiring a Support Worker to deliver compassionate, person-centered care for two adults with autism, ADHD and epilepsy. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers a rewarding opportunity to help people live life their way and stay active in the community.

You will drive a service vehicle when needed and hold a Full UK Driving Licence (automatic preferred). We provide training, DBS, flexible working, paid annual leave, and wellbeing support to help you grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
• Making each day meaningful - and having fun while you do it!
