Qualifications

• Care experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be patient, understanding and respectful to residents.
• Flexibility to work 8am–8pm across a 7-day week.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the best quality of life.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Help with personal care, recreation and outings as needed.
• Promote independence in meals and daily routines.
