Forevermore Care Group in Nantwich is recruiting a full-time Support Worker to assist clients with daily activities, personal care and community outings. Two shift options are available: days with sleep-in or night shifts, with corresponding pay rates (£12.77ph days + £50 sleep-in rate / £12.94ph nights).

The role emphasizes delivering person-centred care, teamwork and safeguarding knowledge, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training. A driving licence is ideal.

Competenze

• Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
• A full UK Driving Licence is ideal.
• A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure you feel fully prepared to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on safeguarding and person-centred care is welcome.
• A kind, holistic and compassionate approach.
• A willingness to work as a team and deliver exceptional care and outcomes to those we support.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Forevermore care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, Support Worker, to support our client based based in Nantwich

We have two positions available- either days with sleep in shifts or night shifts.

Full-Time Contracts, £12.77ph (days) + £50 sleep in rate / £12.94ph (Nights)
