Westward Care Home Limited - Great Ellingham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for day shifts to assist young adults with complex needs in a residential setting. The 18-bed service at 8 Acres provides care and practical support in daily living, including meals, personal care, and activities designed to promote independence.

The role emphasizes building relationships, planning goals with residents, and enabling a sense of choice and autonomy in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.

• Plan and participate in enjoyable days out for individuals with support needs.
• Help individuals become more independent wherever possible.
