Community Integrated Care in Ellon is recruiting a Support Worker to help vulnerable adults live their best lives. At our Ellon service you’ll support people aged 23 to 65 with a wide range of needs, joining a friendly, values-led team.

We hire based on values, welcoming people from all walks of life. Flexible shifts, sleepovers, and a driver requirement may apply across services. You’ll receive training, career progression and the chance to build real connections with the people you support.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is not required.
• Must be reliable and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible shifts including sleepovers may be required.
• Driver status may be required to cover other services.
