Job summary

The Willows, part of National Care Group, is a residential service near Norwich offering support for 19 individuals with complex needs. The role is a night shift support worker, focusing on building relationships, planning goals, and promoting independence in a caring and inclusive environment.

You will receive paid training and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications while supporting residents in daily activities and personal care.

• Plan and participate in enjoyable days out with residents.
• Support residents to become more independent where possible.
