Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding offers a supported living environment for individuals with a range of needs. A Support Worker role is available in HU7, supporting 12 people on their recovery journey from complex mental health conditions.

You will provide personal care, help with daily living tasks, and promote independence within the community setting, while maintaining records and building strong relationships with service users and families.

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in HU7 offering support for 12 people who are recovering from complex and enduring mental health conditions.
