Fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Autism Support Worker to work up to 30 hours per week - with School Friendly, Monday to Friday shifts available!

You’ll be working within an Autism Day care centre located in the heart of Worksop!

You will be working with the existing team to recognise and respond to the needs of the individual, enabling people with autism to live their lives with dignity, choice, and independence.

In this role, you will be caring for service users with moderate and severe autism, helping them with their everyday needs. This position promises to be rewarding, with no two days the same.

Qualifications and Experience Required
  • A reference covering a minimum of 3 months for a Support Worker role based in a Autism Support Service.
  • An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months or registered on the update service.
  • Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Autism Awareness and Moving and Handling training

If you have all of the above then you could be starting as early as next week!

Ongoing Work

You will be working up to 30 hours between Monday to Friday with the hours being 09:00 to 15:00.

The rate of pay for this role is £12.21 per hour.
