Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist an individual living with Korsakoff syndrome in St Asaph, North Wales. The role is part-time (3 days per week, 10:30am–2:00pm) with flexibility to cover weekends, holidays and sickness as part of a consistent care team.

You will support daily routines, accompany the client to appointments and the gym, encourage independence, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
