We are Active Care Group, a leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live independently.

We invite you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients' homes, covering shifts in the Abergele, Denbigh, Ruthin, Mold & Caerwys areas.

Are you a driver with a full UK driving license?

When you'll be working:

• Day & Night shifts available
• Part-time
• Flexible zero-hours contracts

What you'll be doing:

This role involves working across care packages in Abergele, Denbigh, Ruthin, and Caerwys. You will support our clients with complex health needs in their homes, assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. You will cover existing client shifts and help initiate new care packages.
