Part-Time Support Worker (Driver Essential)
Location: Liscard, Wirral, Cheshire Pay: £12.26 per hour Contract: Permanent – Part Time (20 hours)

Your Role in a Nutshell:

As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care and encouragement to help individuals build life skills and grow in confidence. From supporting with daily routines to planning fun social outings, you’ll be part of a close-knit team making a lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Encourage independence and build meaningful relationships

  • Support with daily tasks: cooking, cleaning, appointments, etc.

  • Help individuals take part in community and social activities

  • Accurately record care plans, risk assessments, and progress

  • Be a calm, consistent, and reliable presence

What You Bring:
  • Solid experience working with challenging behaviours

  • Great communication (verbal and written)

  • A proactive attitude and passion for helping others
