We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients’ homes to cover shifts in the Abergele, Denbigh, Ruthin, Mold & Caerwys areas.

Are you a driver with a full UK driving license?

When you'll be working:

• Day & Night shifts available
• Part-time
• Flexible zero-hours contracts

What you'll be doing:

This role involves working across care packages in the Abergele, Denbigh, Ruthin, and Caerwys areas. You will support our clients with complex health needs in their own homes, including personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. You will support existing clients' shifts and help initiate new care packages.
