Job summary

The Old Vicarage, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care in Bath, is hiring a part-time support worker (24 hours a week, days only). You will provide tailored physical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities, some with autism or communication needs, helping them maintain independence and engage with the community.

The role requires an enhanced DBS check; you will benefit from regular coaching, supervision and opportunities for overtime and career

Support worker post at The Old Vicarage, a specialist residential service run by Cygnet Health Care for adults with learning disabilities, some with behaviours that challenge. The work centres on tailored physical and emotional support that promotes independence and community integration, alongside assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on them and safeguarding. The role is part-time at 24 hours a week on days only, and residents may have autism, a personality disorder or communication needs. An enhanced DBS check is required.
