Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Support Workers for a care home in Mansfield. The service provides care for younger adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

You will follow care plans and work one-to-one with residents to promote independence. Candidates should have at least three months in a care home, be able to provide references, maintain up-to-date training in safeguarding, infection control and moving and handling, and hold an enhanced DBS

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker, preferably with mental health or learning disabilities.
• Patient and able to build rapport with younger adults.
• Enhanced DBS check (or ability to obtain one quickly).

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans to support daily routines, including personal care.
• Work one-to-one with residents to promote independence.
• Complete daily logs and report concerns to senior staff.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
