ENABLE Scotland in Perth is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to join our award-winning social care charity. The role offers 16–32 hours per week across a mixture of shifts, including overnight support, with driver preferred and a rate of £13.45 per hour.

As a Personal Assistant, you will help individuals achieve their goals and promote wellbeing, independence and social connections while supporting daily living activities and personal care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their goals and outcomes.
• Assist with personal care and moving and handling as required.
• Flexible, positive and team-oriented with good communication.
